Set up routine to connect with your family
Create daily routines where you can stay close to your kids and partner. Spend some precious time together. These routines are not time consuming or impractical, these will get some time for you. Try to get up little bit early than usual to have a cup of tea with your partner. Try to have dinner every night with your kids.
Get time to be together
On the weekends give priority to your family. You can also do this by planning something special such as short trip, watching movies, eating dinner outside to be together. You can take a road-trip where you can explore a new city. Sometimes you can take a week off to go a family trip.
